Ronadev Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months, or ₹1,000 INR, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled through good faith negotiations, failing which they fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will attempt to be notified 30 days in advance. Continuing use after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
